If you are having trouble entering from your laptop/desktop please note you can also enter via your smartphone. This gives you the option to access your camera when you hit the ‘Browse’ button, allowing you to take a photo of your receipt which will then be attached with your claim.

No. The promotion is only valid at selected stores including online or phone. You will need to select the store from the drop-down list provided when entering. Please refer to the Participating Stores link at the bottom of the promotion page.

As per the Terms and Conditions, only those who have made a purchase within the promotional dates are eligible. The promotion commences for purchases on 01/02/25 at 12:01 am AEST and concludes for purchases 31/03/25 at 11:59 pm AEST (Purchase Period).

Claims open on 01/02/25 at 12:01 am AEST and close 14/04/25 at 11:59 pm AEST (Claim Period).

As per the Terms and Conditions, please allow up to 8 weeks from your claim approval date for your prize to be delivered.

Your prize will be delivered to the physical address (No PO boxes) you supplied on your entry form. You will receive an email notification advising when your prize has been dispatched.

Once submitted, your entry will be reviewed and you will receive an email advising if your redemption has been approved or if we require any further information from you. For all successful redemptions an additional email will be sent notifying you of when your prize is on its way to your address.

Please check your spam folder in case your confirmation email has landed there. You should receive an email at the following stages:

1. Once your claim has been submitted (if no email is received please ensure you have completed the full form and hit the ‘Submit’ button at the end)
2. Once your claim has been approved or if we require further information to validate your claim.
3. Once your prize has been dispatched or is ready for collection instore, depending on where you made your purchase (see Prizes > Where will my prize be delivered).
